Prior to his appointment as Chairman in 2021, Neill was Regional Managing Director for Europe and the Americas for PZ Cussons, with a strong record in sales, marketing, supply chain and general management. He has worked extensively in the brand arena as a Council member of the British Brands Group and the UKCPI, the cleaning products’ association. He was also, for eight years, Non-Executive Director of the British Triathlon Federation.

John is Director of the British Brands Group. He is a Chartered Marketer whose marketing career started with British Airways before moving into marketing consultancy with Marketing Solutions. He then became Head of Marketing for Hamptons, the property company, and held a senior marketing role with Bristol & West International.

Tom is CEO of the British Brands Group. He has strong experience in representing industry, having led the Bathroom Association and as Vice President of the sector’s European association. He was also co-chair of the Trade Association Forum’s public affairs group. Prior to that, he worked for the British Ceramics Confederation. In addition to this experience, has been a journalist in trade press and a parliamentary researcher.
