The 1st of May was the date for the first 2025 GSCOP classroom workshop. This was a highly interactive workshop that engaged and educated the delegates. It covered all aspects of GSCOP and helped delegates to understand how they could leverage it in their customer relationships. The workshop included quizzes, case study review, GSCOP Team challenges and lots of discussion on the practical application of GSCOP regulations in the delegates day to day working. The different elements of the GSCOP code; Interpretation, fair dealing, variations, prices and payments, promotions and other duties were explained and discussed. Delegates were provided with the opportunity to practice activating a GSCOP conversation and helped to understand the nuances of the Code.
The feedback was fabulous:
- 100% of delegates were either satisfied by the training, with over 80% stating they were ’very satisfied’.
- 100% of delegates reported that the content and materials were relevant and appropriate for their needs
- The facilitation was rated as excellent.
- 100% of delegates would recommend the training to a colleague.
The delegates said;
‘Good pace and useful case studies. Detail was the right level and not too much information to take in. Legal topics can sometimes be overwhelming but I found this very absorbable’
‘I now have a good understanding GSCOP and how to apply it when working with retailers.’
‘Found having people from other businesses of various sizes and their experience very helpful and interesting to put things into perspective’
