Last week, Tuesday 8th April, the British Brands Group new training team reached another milestone! The team carried out its first online GSCOP Refresher training.

The refresher lasted 150 minutes, during which time the trainer was able to cover and refresh all the key points that suppliers need to understand to support their account management.  The delegates had all previously completed the full training programme and had a working knowledge of the regulation.  The refresher was able to reinforce their understanding and update them on recent issues and case studies.

The training received fantastic scores:

  • Overall Satisfaction: 100% were satisfied (75% very satisfied)
  • Appropriate content: 100% thought so
  • How would you rate the facilitators? Excellent (4.9 out of 5.0)
  • 100% would recommend the training to a colleague!

What else did the delegates have to say? Here are some highlights:

  • ‘The general refresh for me was great. As not being as retailer facing as the sales team are, it’s good to refresh my knowledge when I am involved with retailer discussions. Found the course great!’
  • ‘The questions throughout and the live feedback was really useful. Good to get a refreshed training session as a reminder.’
  • ‘Sharp and to the point. Enough content for a refresher programme.’
  • ‘Liked the quizzes. Makes it more interactive.’
  • ‘Real life examples. Debunking myths. Core elements from the recent survey.’

Do you need to refresh your knowledge? We would recommend that you attend a refresher every two years
